Our Mission

Affordable housing is broken - good intentioned but with many flaws. As such, we believe little has been addressed to provide lower income populations with a sense of ownership and belonging to where they reside. We’re devoted to changing that.

Pillow Pads residents live in their homes as if they were their own. With that, we provide lower cost housing without government limitations and restrictions and in the process slowing the country’s growing wealth gap to make the “American Dream” real again.
